Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Cassidy Lovallo, LCPC. I’m a Maryland-based therapist and board-approved supervisor

with a long-standing passion for helping others navigate life, understand their experiences, and

build authentic, meaningful lives. I work with individuals navigating trauma, major transitions, or

the unique stressors of high-demand roles, including military or caregiving responsibilities. My

approach is eclectic and DBT-informed, creating a supportive space that honors all parts of you

while considering the social and systemic factors that shape our lives.

I often support people balancing high-responsibility roles, caregiving demands, or frequent

transitions that leave little room for rest. Many clients come to therapy feeling stretched thin,

carrying the weight of caring for others while trying to care for themselves. I provide a steady,

compassionate environment where you can process what has happened, regain your footing,

and move forward with clarity and strength.

My approach is DBT-informed and eclectic, drawing from evidence-based practices and

specialized training with the Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants (CBC), the Freedom of Mind

Foundation, and Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (CPRT). I center each person’s

unique experiences, values, and identities, creating a space where all parts of you are honored,

not just the ones shaped by difficulty. Together, we focus on building emotional regulation,

resilience, and practical coping skills, while also exploring patterns, relationships, and new ways

of connecting with yourself. and confidence as they begin their careers.

For me, therapy is about more than coping. It is about rediscovering your own strength,

reclaiming your values, and creating a life that feels meaningful and truly your own, even after

trauma or profound change.

of connecting with yourself.
